Competition: Songs 1061 to 1070

If you've got passion, you got to go for it! Hold nothing back, and let the games begin...

Song #1070: You've been living dangerous, you're trying to keep it just our secret...

Song 1061: The Disney Chorus - The Work Song

Here comes the little cuties from the most magical movie from Disney. Cinderella's friends feel bad for her, and they feel that she deserves more attention.

After a few seconds of complaining comes a brilliant idea: to make her a dress so she can go to the ball. All I've got to say is wow, they are some talented mice. And what an adorable song they have while making the perfect outfit so she can meet the prince. Now if we all worked together, life would be more... happy!

Song 1062: Kid Cudi ft Kanye West & Common - Make Her Say

What a creative idea: take the sample of an amazing rendition of a song, and work from there. Brilliant!

I think it's all about having a good time through the day and night... or the other way around. Throw in two other awesome rappers, and you have a party going on here! For most of it, I really don't know what's going on in the song, the only lyric I can remember is "medulla oblongata;" see, Biology can be fun! It's quite a concept, and I hope more will come - this here is a perfect example of collaboration at its finest.

Song 1063: Vertical Horizon - Everything You Want

I saw this song in a game. At first, I was confused by the message of the song. Now all grown up, I understand what is going on. He loves this person, and they know how he feels - the only problem is, they cannot accept it. What gets more confusing is the fact that they don't know why they won't let his love in. They're looking for someone, or they're scared about a relationship with him... not sure what it is, but sometimes it's just a reason that can't be explained. It's a beautifully crafted song, and it's one of their best songs; put it on the list of the all-time favourites.

Song 1064: Good Charlotte - Hold On

This is the only song I have from them... me thinks I should have more selections added in my library.

Their rendition of a survival song, and it's very inspirational. Never got into it when it was released. In fact, this was also in the same game as the previous track. Anyways, there will be dark moments in your life where you feel that you can't go on. But don't give into that, we have to surpass those times and move on - we all want to further the journey. It's a great song, with such a strong message about finding the light.

Song 1065: Marie Serneholt - That's The Way That My Heart Goes (Extended Version)

Goodbye pop group days, hello to the single artist!

Is it just me, or is there always one member of the group that needs to... mature significantly? In comes Marie, singing what seems to be an innocent song about getting together. I guess the 90s didn't leave the suggestive lyrics with them at all. With her airy voice and an addictive beat, there's no way of resisting her flirty ways. The extended version has more inclusion of the awesome beat: it's very persuasive and it has this mystery behind it. Give me more, please!

Song 1066: Agnes Carlsson - I Need You Now

I really like this girl, and I hope to hear more from her! The only other song I have appeared here.

From the beginning, you know it's going to be love. The violins always get to me - and when it's a dance track, that is an added bonus! Don't play with her, you know enough with what she really wants... and that's you! So when she's calling out for you, are you going to turn her down? With such a beautiful voice of hers, how can you? Do whatever it takes to be with her, because she can't cry out much longer.

Song 1067: The Moffatts - I'll Be There For You

What? This is the only Moffatts song I have here? Not to worry, I'll download more. They were the best band!

Whenever you are feeling down or blue, know that they will come around to cheer your days up. Yes, it's a typical romantic song, but there is no way of denying the 90s. And if they have you beside them, then it's all good sailing from here. Guitars, drums, some 'na nas,' I don't see what's wrong with this picture. Aw, this makes me wish I had a young love with someone... Thank you HitList, you always showed me the sh*t!

Song 1068: Aqua - My Oh My

Yay, more childhood memories! Now this is the sound that I think needs to come back, yes?

From the iconic videos to their silly stories, it's music that needs to be heard by everyone. They're telling a story about a man who steals from the rich only to give to the poor. The girl isn't happy about it, but that's how they roll... I think I'll stop explaining it, I don't know where this is going myself! It's just one heck of a track that you can dance to and sing along. That's the power of music: if it's good, you'll love it no matter what d":

Song 1069: Dirty Radio - Wanna Ride

Once the piano is hit, the magic follows after.

Here we have a man that wants to make a change in the world... but he wants to do it with you. He has never met anyone that has inspired him so much, and you've given him this idea that he's got to do more with his life. Did you catch that the first time you heard this song? I was thinking of something else. It's one catchy song, and so far one my favourite track from him. He's different in a way - can't put my finger on it, but I certainly like what I'm hearing. Keep up the work!

Song 1070: Dragonette - Competition

Their first single, I wasn't much a fan. This song: that's more like it! There's another version, but this is much more entraining.

What makes it interesting is that you're listening to the perspective of the mistress in this love triangle. She knows that his girlfriend doesn't know about her... but sooner or later, it's going to happen. And she better be warned, because it seems that her boy likes what his mistress is giving him. That rhythm is amazing, you can feel the fiery tension that's about to go down.

Oh man, i used to love the Moffatts sooo much...still kinda do. I had Mark track down a copy of the Chapter 1: A New Beginning album for me a few years ago because i heard Misery on the radio and couldn't get it out of my head, it was my fave back in the day. I also had the submodalities album, thinking about this makes me wanna go down into the storage room to find it...haha
