Nine Inch Nails - Demon Seed

Maybe it's just me, but it sounds like there is a sample of the James Bond theme (but I think it's the tempo more than anything). For a Rock song, I find this to be very tamed, considering the song's title. What I enjoy most about the song is the subtle lyrics, with no chorus, only the guitar strumming. Also, there is a oddly positive vibe coming from this, which caught me off guard, with a message about releasing the inner freak. I would say that it's positive because they are no longer taking sorry excuses from holding back. Consider this breaking free from the norm.

AMO - Livin' It Up

Did I even play a video game when I first heard this song? I did do some strange things last year, so who knows... Anyways, back to the song. This is essentially something I would have listened to in my teenage days (that's 10 years ago!) It's got everything from the cringe-worthy lyrics that would attract the age demographic to that Disney Channel-esque ear worm that can never escape your head. To say it's a ripoff of another song would be fair, however I can't think of a song that is the essence of my 14-year old self. Nostalgia, but with a different point of view. Why not?

Kezwik ft Mel Presson - Trigger

I love it when songs add a unique twist to their singles, especially when that twist ends up being a Classical one. I believe I heard this when I was watching an episode of So You Think You Can Dance, and this came out to a routine that was like no other. Although I do believe that vocals could be stronger, I must say that this Dubstep piece is rather light compared to what one would hear in the genre. Not necessarily a song that I would normally listen to, but I find it to be a solid choice for the gym, working out on that damn fitness thing that's gotten everyone to get into shape.
